Bravado America and a Critical Lawsuit in Arizona

This week, I launched my new grassroots organization: Bravado America. The purpose of Bravado America is to brief the grassroots on important legal and policy issues with a focus on state and local level efforts that will best leverage our power to take back our country.

So many state issues deeply affect the rest of the nation. I have discussed many of those in my Memos here on Substack, like the Wisconsin Supreme Court election that flipped the court from a conservative to a leftist majority. Since that election, the newly liberal-leaning court has already reversed an earlier decision on ballot drop boxes, loosening restrictions in what we know will be an important swing state in 2024.

As we launched Bravado America, my first email update was on a lawsuit in Arizona that is seeking to force the Maricopa County Recorder to conduct mandatory monthly maintenance of the voter rolls to ensure no non-citizens vote. The case is critical for the 2024 election, but it also highlights Arizona’s bifurcated voter registration system, which is something all red states will need to implement moving forward to fight the deliberately lax laws promulgated by the corrupt federal government.

One issue I know that Bravado America will be addressing heavily in the next several months is abortion. As we saw at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, the Republican Party wants to moderate on pro-life, and the Left is putting abortion on the ballot in every state it can to motivate the Left’s base to beat Trump in November. We have to both educate and change hearts and minds among the electorate, and we have to fight to keep the Republican Party pro-life. Both will be uphill battles.
